Raisin Process

Grape being placed on the ground to dry into a raisin..

Here's the process....Worker picks the grapes, places it in a container, then lays it in special drying paper

Here's the finished product! RAISINS!

They are then wrapped and shipped off for cleaning and packing!

Here is the method we are using this year, it's called "Drying on the Vine" ...It's a more cost effective way of produce raisins at lower labor cost to the farmer..

As you can see, the grapes are turning into raisins and drying right on vine!
